Palliard

Chicago roots rockers Palliard formed in 2003 — singer/guitarist Chris Hamsher and multi-instrumentalist Justin Dark brown first met functioning office jobs on the Artwork Institute of Chicago, and in quick succession they recruited bassist Anthony Burton, after that with regional post-punk unit Forty One Streams. Originally dubbed Masthead, the music group made its open public debut that Sept — among the market associates was Jeff Panall, a previous member of Music: Ohia who enlisted to try out drums with time for their following gig, their initial beneath the Palliard aegis. Within weeks of his entrance Panall also built the group’s initial recording program, although Palliard wouldn’t normally self-release its eponymous debut EP until middle-’05.
