Paco Sery

b. 1958, Abidjan, Ivory Coastline. From the large family members, he provides 17 siblings, Sery started playing drums at age 10, generally resorting to home-made apparatus. He continued to be self-taught and didn’t figure out how to read music. Throughout his teenagers he performed locally until 1980 when he travelled to Paris on the invitation of pianist-organist Eddy Louiss for the recording program and thereafter produced France his house.
