London’s Oscar combines Brit-pop, dub, hip-hop, and synth pop into charming pop collages that reflect his musically diverse upbringing. The kid of the few who fronted the ’70s brand-new wave music group the Regents, Oscar Scheller focused on his music profession after graduating from artwork school, composing and recording music in his youth bedroom. His debut one, “Occasionally,” appeared on Brown Grain Information in 2014, with “Daffodil Times,” “Gorgeous Words and phrases,” and “Breaking My Mobile phone” pursuing on Wichita in 2015. For his debut record, Oscar caused drummer Aramis Gorriette and blending engineer Ben Baptie, who improved the dub components of the music’ creation. The results had been Cut and Paste, which Wichita released in-may 2016.
