Oscar Perry

Oscar Perry was a Houston-based vocalist and guitarist having a experience for the blues (especially ballads) as well as the sweeter part of Southern spirit. Perry produced his first documenting in 1957 with “Simply Above a Whisper” on Spinner, and documented for Lee J on the remainder from the 10 years.
