The creation of songwriter/guitarist Richard ‘Dickon’ Edwards (b. 3 Sept 1972, Bildeston, Suffolk, Britain), this London, England-based music group’s original employees comprised drama college graduate, previous funeral movie director and vocalist Timothy Tag Chipping, Simon Kehoe, and guitarist Stephen Jefferis. This line-up was ultimately reduced towards the primary duo of Edwards and Chipping, although key pad participant Sean Turner was a short collaborator. Edwards and Chipping produced a colourful debut in 1995 using the one ‘Reproduction Can be Pollution’. Credited to Shelley, it had been released on cult 3rd party label Sarah Information and attacked the unjustified propagation from the varieties in the light of over-population figures.
