Order of Nine

Purchase of Nine is a third-millennium rock music group from Pittsburgh, PA, whose music harks back again to the countless overlooked proto-power steel rings — e.g. Jag Panzer, Helstar, Omen, early Queensrÿche, etc. — that ‘80s thrash and pop steel pushed to the trunk pages and minimal feature parts of Strike Parader newspaper. Founded in 2001 by vocalist in support of continuous member Michael DeGrena, the music group proceeded to path a curiously equivalent route of semi-obscurity while launching three complete albums: 2002’s Of Once and Upcoming Kings , 2003’s Period of Reign, and 2008’s A way to Know End. Even so, Purchase of Nine military on, and their current lineup matters with previous Icarus Witch guitarist Steve Pollick, guitarist/keyboardist Scott Haggerty, bassist Tag Howard, and drummer J.R. Jameson.
