Orbestra

Eight classical music artists shaped the Orbestra in 1989 to record the folk music of varied cultures, such as for example Africa, Colombia, Macedonia, Shetland and Spain. Led by Peter Cowdrey, the group make use of violin, trombone, bassoon, cello, dual bass, clarinet, tarambuka, teppan, mbira and bamboo flute, along with tone of voice.
