Argentinean techno-pop duet Ocio was shaped by ex-Soda Stereo system Gustavo Cerati and Flavio Etcheto, following experimental group Strategy V disbanded. Ocio produced its debut with Insular, an EP released by Cerati’s label, Discos Ambar, quickly, performing reside in Barcelona, Buenos Aires, and Santiago, Chile.
