Nyami Nyami Noises began being a youngsters music group called the Angoni Family members in the North Zimbabwean city of Kariba. Originally, they played mainly rumba covers organized for six-piece electric guitar band, however they began to function more traditional noises to their repertoire by enough time they released their initial record in 1984.
