Guitarist Diz Cortright, vocalist Shane Green, drummer Woody Newland, and bassist Chris Wargo formed the music group around 1990 in NJ. The band authorized with Megaforce and released a self-titled debut (which combines the trend of Nirvana with unusual atmospherics) in 1993.
