Canadian hip-hop collective Records to Personal grew in the collaborative initiatives of MCs Swamp Donkey, Bronze A single, and Roshin, along with DJ Dopey and article writer/illustrator Elicser. Designed after classic fantastic age group hip-hop crews like De La Spirit and Hieroglyphics, the Records to Personal collective proved helpful both individually so that as a group in the creation of varied recordings, you start with Bronze One’s single EP Simply Add Drinking water in 2003. Early features from the group’s function included a virally well-known Internet tribute towards the past due J Dilla in 2006 and a 2007 monitor that was runner-up in Toronto’s 175th Anniversary Town Anthem contest, and a developing account as the group continuing to share levels with groupings like Talib Kweli, Dilated Individuals, and other bigger hip-hop serves. The Warning Pictures EP preceded their 2009 full-length debut, A GO at night, and both had been met with crucial compliment and high charting on university radio. Over another couple of years the group mixed more visual components into its musical catalog, including a T-shirt marketing campaign and several lively videos and brief films.
