Skilled Puerto Rican pop singer Noelia can be an RIAA Gold Recording qualified artist and a Latin Billboard Award winner. She was captivated by music at an extremely young age, mainly affected by her mom, the vocalist and celebrity Yolandita Monge, who became a Latin American superstar.
