Noel Pointer

Violinist Noel Pointer studied classical violin before he signed with Blue Take note like a jazz musician in the first ’70s. His produces of light instrumental pop and fusion also included visitor stints by vocalists. Pointer shifted to United Performers in 1978, and his HANG ON LP got Patti Austin because the presented singer. He later on included contributions through the Jones Women and Patrice Rushen on long term produces for UA, and shifted to Liberty in 1981. Pointer documented with Norman Connors and do sessions for a number of other performers. He resurfaced in 1993 on the Shanachie date, Under no circumstances Lose Your Center, which would end up being his final recording; he passed away from a heart stroke on Dec 19, 1994 at age 39.
