Nocturne

Hailing from Dallas, TX, the nu-metal trio Nocturne contains programmer Chris Telkes, bassist/drummer Ivan McRoy, and frontwoman Lacey Conner on vocals. Triple X Information signed the music group in 1999, issuing their debut recording, Twilight, the same yr. The trio received desired opening slot machines with such big-name functions as Ministry, Genitorturers, and Christian Loss of life, and they protected Marilyn Manson’s “GET A Weapon” for the 2000 Manson tribute recording, Anthems of Corrosion and Decay. Nocturne also gained the name of Best Music group in the Dallas Music Honours before issuing their second record, Welcome to Heaven, in 2001. The hour-long record demonstrated the trio concentrating their sound and songwriting, leading to an explosive record that supporters of Powerman 5000, Kittie, and Rob Zombie would appreciate.
