Paul Clapper, Barry Vanderset, and Marinus and Peter Vandertogt founded Noah (originally Tyme . 5) in the past due ’60s. The music group became well-known around their house of Toronto with “IT HAS BEEN quite a while” in 1969 and 1972’s “Peaceman’s Plantation” (from your album from the same name).
