Hailing from Fresno, California, Zero One’s Victim couldn’t have discovered a more of the out of place place for their make of UK street punk if they met up in 1997. Citing affects like the Clash, THE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE, Stiff Little Fingertips as well as the Swingin’ Utters in charge of their motivation, No One’s Sufferer released a small number of EPs and compilations before Cyclone Information released their first complete length ON THE Thin Range in 1999.
