No Fun at All

The Swedish hardcore band No Fun in any way formed in the tiny town of Skinnskatteberg through the summer of 1991; led by songwriter/guitarist Mikael Danielsson, the initial lineup also included vocalist/drummer Jimmie Ohlsson and bassist Henrik Sunvisson. After completing the group’s 1993 debut, Eyesight, Ohlsson exited to target his complete energies on his various other music group, Sober; with brand-new frontman Ingemar Jansson, business lead guitarist Krister Johansson, and drummer Kjell Ramstedt, No Fun in any way came back in 1994 without Straight Angles, implemented a year afterwards by Out of Bounds. Within the wake of 1997’s THE BEST Knockover, Sunvisson quit the group, with Danielsson supposing bass duties; brand-new second guitarist Stefan Neuman was set up with time for 1999’s Reside in Tokyo. Condition of Flow implemented in 2000, nonetheless it became the band’s last studio record. In 2003, NFAA’s Swedish label, Burning up Center, united with American punk stalwart Epitaph release a Master Festivities, a fan-picked 24-monitor retrospective spanning the band’s profession.
