Toronto-based Ninja SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, self-described as “an optimistic hardcore dance-rap band,” had been founded by Matt Collins, a skill school dropout and previous person in the group Presently in These USA, reportedly following he noticed a Crazy Town melody on the air (most likely that one-hit wonder’s 1 hit, 2001’s “Butterfly”) and believed, “This sucks! I could do much better than this!” Originally, the music group consisted just of Collins, who documented an EP, We Gain!, as Ninja SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL and first got it released with the Toronto-based label Blocks Documenting Club, work by Steven Kado (previously from the Hidden Surveillance cameras), in 2004. After that, Collins extended the group to add Kado, his “bloodstream comparative” Gregory Collins, Superstar DT, and Wolfgang Nessel. This device documented a 7″ vinyl fabric one, “By Purpose, Not really by Program”/”It’s FINE to Combat,” released by Tomlab Information in the springtime of 2005. Tomlab after that formally agreed upon Ninja SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL for their initial full-length album, ADULTS Against Suicide, released on Oct 18, 2005 in European countries and November 15, 2005 in the U.S., where period Nessel, along with Peter Thorne, Craig Dunsmuir, and Slavoj Ižek, had been being described for the band’s internet site as “history/peripheral/spiritual people,” and Anna Cvitkovic and Adrian Cvitkovic simply because existing members furthermore to Matt Collins, Gregory Collins, Kado, and Superstar DT.
