Nineteen Forty-Five

Hunter Manasco (vocals/electric guitar), Katherine McElroy (bass), and can Lochamy (drums) compose the large, indie-tailored punk rock and roll of 1945. This Birmingham, AL, group produced in 2000, motivated by poetry and books. Together We’ll Burn off Like Fall Leaves proclaimed their amazing debut for Amy Ray’s Daemon Information in 2001. University radio instantly pounced on 1945’s bombastic design. Two years afterwards, the group got into the studio room with David Barbe (Kid Volt, Glucose, Elf Power) for I Noticed a Shiny Light.
