Bluesy California hard rock and roll outfit Night Equine grew out of the shared love of ’70s acts like Alice Cooper, John Lee Hooker, Aerosmith, the Allman Brothers, Vehicle Halen, and ZZ Best. Created in 2008 round the skills of vocalist Sam Wayne Velde (Bluebird), guitarist Greg Buensuceso, drummer Brandon Pierce, bass participant Nick D’Itri, and guitarist Justin Maranga, the second option three of whom do time in weighty Los Angeles-based psychedelic rock and roll group Ancestors, Night time Horse had been originally known as the Mom Fucking Razorbacks, a name coined for the take action by Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister.
