Niacin

Having performed straightforward hard rock and roll with Mr. Big because the tail end from the ’80s, bass virtuoso Billy Sheehan created Niacin as an store for his jazz fusion and prog rock and roll inclinations through the middle-’90s. The trio also presented keyboardist John Novello and drummer Dennis Chambers, both music artists who experienced crossed frequently between your worlds of jazz and rock and roll during their professions. With Niacin, Novello dedicated himself especially towards the Hammond B-3 body organ, a longtime mainstay of both jazz and prog rock and roll. The band documented a self-titled debut recording in 1996, chasing it up in 1998 with Large Bias. An import-only concert documenting, Live!: Bloodstream, Perspiration and Beers, surfaced later on that year aswell. For their following album, Niacin relocated from Stretch out to Magna Carta, the label that became practically associated with technique-oriented neo-prog rock and roll at the change from the millennium. Deep premiered in 2000 and presented the group’s 1st vocal track, thanks to special visitor Glenn Hughes (Deep Crimson), aswell as Toto guitarist and program ace Steve Lukather.
