New Tradition is usually a bluegrass outfit that’s firmly rooted in the gospel. The group arrived together in the first ’80s using the purpose of staying a regional trend. However, New Custom soon discovered itself playing 200-plus displays a season and moving many copies of their albums. Over time, the group provides included: Danny Roberts, a songwriter, mandolin participant, and bass vocalist; Richie Dotson on banjo and vocals; Fine sand Springs, OK, indigenous Jamie Clifton on electric guitar and tenor performing; Daryl Mosely, a bassist and business lead vocalist (who also pastored at a Southern Baptist Congregation near Nashville for a while and composed for Ronnie Milsap’s posting firm); and late-period member Aaron McDaris, a banjo participant who acquired previously used the music group Second Leave. The group’s Christian-infused repertoire includes gospel, bluegrass, and a cappella quartet performing.
