New Politics

Rambunctious Danish indie rockers Brand-new Politics shaped in the past due 2000s across the talents of vocalist David Boyd, guitarist/vocalist/keyboard player Søren Hansen, and drummer Poul Amaliel. The band’s high-energy, guitar-driven mixture of punk, pop, and electronically induced dance-rock (Boyd has specialized in wildly unstable stage posturing) ultimately captured the ears (and eye) of RCA, which agreed upon the group in ’09 2009. Fearing American anonymity, the music group relocated to Brooklyn, NY, where they released their self-titled debut full-length in July of 2010. Their sophomore work, A Bad Young lady in Harlem, implemented in 2013 and their one “Harlem” received several prominent placements, included in this a Taco Bell industrial, many trailers for the film Frozen, and your guitar Hero Live gaming. After switching to Warner Bros.-associated label DCD2 Records, Brand-new Politics released their third LP, Vikings, in past due 2015. In 2017, after spending 2 yrs on the highway, the music group released a fresh one, the uplifting “Among Us.”
