New Frontier

This melodic US pop rock group was formed in 1988 by ex-Billy Satellite vocalist Monty Byron and ex-Gamma bass player Glen Letsch. Adding David Neuhauser (keyboards) and Marc Nelson (drums), they effectively negotiated a agreement with the recently created Mika label. Their debut recording was made by Ritchie Zito (of Center and Cheap Technique popularity) and presented a assortment of high-tech AOR figures that were directed at the Billboard graphs. Failing woefully to generate press interest, the music group disintegrated soon after the recording’s launch. Letsch continued to try out with Robin Trower.
