The instrumental duo of the brand new Albanian Riots made their debut in 1999 upon the self-release of their first EP, The Cream from the Superstars. Clustering a variety of browse, punk, sound, jazz, traditional, pop, and other things that they could toss together, Frank Little (electric guitar/body organ) and previous Ultraboy drummer Kelly Shane (percussion/keyboards) continuing this sound using the Unidentified Worlds EP down the road that same season.
