Nel Aspinal

Curt McNeal (electric guitar/vocals) and Chad Laird (bass/vocals) formed beneath the moniker of Nel Aspinal in Dec of 1993. Ultimately followed by drummer and vocalist Tommy Hamilton in 1995, a cross types of ’60s garage area punk and indie pop resulted as AAJ Information released their debut EP, “Tourniquet” b/w “Cowboy Recreation area,” in 1997. Carrying out a divide with Bacon Ray that same calendar year, Nel Aspinal’s first full-length arrived in 1998 through AAJ once again.
