Near Castlegar

Near Castlegar was a one-off joining of forces between Justice Schanfarber of Pork Queen and Zumpano’s Michael Ledwidge and Jason Zumpano. The effect was the six-song In January EP, released on California’s Shrimper Information in 2001. The band’s relaxed, electronic songs had been a refreshing shock. Regrettably, the trio by no means recorded together once again, preferring to rest around the laurels of In January.
