Native Sons

Reviving ’60s psychedelic pop and rock and roll was the impetus behind the forming of the Local Sons, a quartet from St. Paul, Minnesota comprising guitarists M.J. Ihrig and Michael Sherwin, bassist Waldman, and drummer Ross Hanover. Produced in 1987, the Sons transferred to LA in 1990, where their retro-psych audio and three-part vocal harmonies steadily drew a big group of fans. They returned towards the Twin Metropolitan areas region in 1993, where they agreed upon with October Information and released their debut record, Lost with time, in 1994.
