Nathan Davis

Nathan Davis has divided his career between being truly a okay tenor saxophonist along with a jazz educator. He performed briefly with Jay McShann in 1955, went to the University or college of Kansas, spent amount of time in the Military in Berlin (1960-1963), and remained in Paris where he caused Kenny Clarke (1963-1969), Eric Dolphy (1964), and Artwork Taylor. He also toured European countries with Artwork Blakey (1965) and Ray Charles. Since 1969, Davis is a teacher of jazz in the University or college of Pittsburgh and Moorhead Condition University or college. His two most significant musical associations have already been going the Paris Reunion Band (1985-1989) and leading Origins (which he created in 1991).
