Nalva Aguiar started being a Television and radio musician in her hometown within the ’50s. Within the ’60s, she participated within the recording of the Nísio e Nestor record. Within the same 10 years, she became a pop/rock and roll musician in Rio de Janeiro, changing to get a pop-sertanejo style within the ’70s. In 1976, she got a big strike using the re-recording of “Beijinho Doce” (Nhô Pai) in 1976, included on the soundtrack from the film O Conto perform Vigário. In 1984, she documented with Teixeirinha the LP Guerra dos Desafios. A few of her biggest strikes had been “Tá de Mal Comigo” (Nhô Pai) and “Nó Na Garganta” (Renato Teixeira).
