A revolving assortment of artists led by songwriter Jay Denes, Naked Music NYC aligned itself using the so-called “New Spirit” picture which also included Erykah Badu, Maxwell and D’Angelo. Their debut LP, What’s in your thoughts?, made an appearance in mid-1998.
