Nailbomb

Nailbomb was a short task between ex-Sepultura vocalist/guitarist Maximum Cavalera and ex-Fudge Tunnel vocalist/guitarist Alex Newport. Although both from the bandmembers’ full-time rings specialized in intense metal noises, Nailbomb somehow discovered ways to create a lot more thick and severe metallic noises (in addition, it proves to become more repetitive, using the unusual test and drum machine discovered occasionally). As well as the duo, the majority of Cavalera’s then-bandmates from Sepultura (guitarist Andreas Kisser and drummer Igor Cavalera) and Dread Stock guitarist Dino Cazares produced special guest performances on Nailbomb’s debut documenting for Roadrunner Information, 1994’s Point Empty, as the group’s last discharge, 1995’s Proud to Commit Industrial Suicide, featured performances from former Deceased Kennedys drummer D.H. Peligro, Biohazard bassist Evan Seinfeld, and Front side Line Set up/Dread Stock keyboardist Rhys Fulber. Since their sophomore discharge, little continues to be noticed from Nailbomb, as Cavalera came back back again to Sepultura (afterwards departing the group to create Soulfly) and Newport started producing various other hard rock performers (including On the Drive-In, Samiam, and can Haven, amongst others).
