Popular, platinum-selling Polish outfit Myslovitz pepper their melodic pop/rock with flourishes of Brit-pop, shoegaze, and indie rock. Deriving their name using their southern Poland commercial hometown of Myslowice, they originally produced in 1992 beneath the moniker the Freshman. After changing their name in 1994, Myslovitz — comprising Michał Kowalonek, Wojciech Powaga, Jacek Kuderski, Wojciech Kuderski, and Przemek Myszor — released their eponymous debut record in 1995. The music group inked a cope with the Polish department of Sony Music the next year and released sophomore outing Sunlight Machine, which gained favorable testimonials and evaluations to rings like Oasis as well as the Verve. Following LPs Z Rozmyślań Przy Sniadaniu (1997), Miłość w Czasach Popkultury (1999), and Korova Milky Club (2002) helped create Myslovitz among the biggest works in Poland, using the last mentioned record birthing a 2003 British edition that helped to broaden the band’s worldwide charm. The psych-tinged Skalary, Mieczyki, Neonki and Pleasure Is Easy found its way to 2004 and 2006, respectively, with Niewazne, Jak Wysoko Jestesmy… falling in 2011 and 1,577 striking the roads in 2013.
