My Education

Veteran Austin, TX-based experimental rock and roll outfit My Education’s feedback-drenched post-rock/space rock and roll falls somewhere within the dark sonic drone of Sunn 0))), the desert vistas of Calexico, as well as the noisy atmospherics of Explosions in the Sky. Created in 1999 and boasting twelve players throughout its background, the band offers released five full-length albums (5 Popes, Italian, Moody Dipper, Poor Vibrations, and Sunrise), several singles and compilation looks, and a 12″ vinyl cooperation with left-field hip-hop duo Dalek.
