Named following the section amount of the senior high school jazz course where lots of the group’s members first fulfilled, the self-described “psycho-ska” strap MU330 was created in St. Louis, MO, in 1988. Originally composed of vocalist/guitarist Dan Potthast, vocalist/trumpeter John Skavanaugh, bassist Chris Diebold, saxophonist Matt Knobbe, keyboardist Matt Struckel, and drummer Ted Moll, MU330’s lineup transformed frequently, and by the discharge from the 1994 debut Press (released via Asian Guy Information), Struckel acquired currently exited.
