Mt. Desolation

Mt. Desolation may be the country-inspired aspect task of Keane’s Tim Rice-Oxley and Jesse Quin, who hatched programs for their brand-new group throughout a break in Keane’s touring timetable. After focusing on demos for many months, both entered a documenting studio room in early 2010, with many guest musicians arriving along for the trip. Among those that contributed towards the periods had been Ronnie Vannucci, Jr. from the Killers, Tom Hobden of Noah as well as the Whale, and Nation Winston of Mumford & Sons. The group strike the road almost a year later, playing a little handful of displays in Britain and THE UNITED STATES after Keane’s summer months tour finished, and their self-titled debut premiered by Island Information prior to the fall was up.
