Rapper Mr. Niles was created and elevated in Atlanta; there he started DJing being a sixth grader, showing up to loaded crowds at regional house celebrations. He later went afoul from the regulators but after settling in Columbus, GA came back to music, signing up for the hiphop group UPT; Mr. Niles after that agreed upon to the Organic Deal label being a solo act, launching Game Money Cleverness in 1999.
