Mousse T

The effervescent club music of producer Mousse T (Mustafa Gündogdu) mixes disco and home along with taste and camp right into a sparkling blend which has spawned such hits as “Horny” and “Sex Bomb.” Created in Hagen, Germany of Turkish good, Mustafa relocated to Hanover in 1990 to become listed on the music group Fun Essential B on keyboards, build his very own studio room, and moonlight being a DJ. In 1993 he produced the label/creation home Peppermint Jam with partner Errol Rennalls. He spent another few years launching his very own rousing home music plus some great acid solution jazz on Peppermint Jam 12″s while making and remixing famous brands Michael Jackson, Merely Crimson, Amber, Ziggy Marley, Boney M, and Randy Crawford. While his remix of Moloko’s “Sing It Back again” was storming in the graphs that same calendar year, “Horny” was showing up on many compilations, from Homosexual Taking place, Vol. 6 to Chef Help: The South Recreation area Album. A calendar year afterwards he teamed using the renowned Tom Jones for another smash, “Sex Bomb,” which will be highlighted on Jones’ record Reload. Both “Horny” and “Sex Bomb” seems in significantly different variations on his jazzy and lounge-flavored record Premium de Funk released in 2002. His 2004 full-length All Nite Madness was presented by another membership hit, “COULD IT BE ‘Cos I’m Great?” 2 yrs afterwards “Horny” would invade the dancefloor once more but this time around cheeky companies Loo & Placido mashed it alongside the Dandy Warhols’ one “Bohemian AS IF YOU.” Entitled “Horny being a Dandy,” the cut was another dance compilation preferred.
