England’s Mourn was a prototypical GO ABOVE act, in charge of leaden, Sabbath-inspired doom steel epics. Featuring vocalist Caroline Wilson, guitarists Ali Reza Hakimi Ghazvini and William Palmer, bassist Steve Draysey, and drummer Tag Cronin, the group just recorded an individual, self-titled record in 1995 prior to going their separate methods.
