Mott

This short-lived unit was founded in 1975. Morgan Fisher (b. 1 January 1950, London, Britain; keyboards), Overend W (b. Peter W, 13 Might 1947, Birmingham, Britain; bass/vocals) and Dale Griffin (b. 24 Oct 1948, Ross-on-Wye, Britain; drums), each formerly of Mott The Hoople, made a decision to drop the sooner suffix upon adding Nigel Benjamin (vocals) and Ray Main (electric guitar) towards the line-up. Their albums demonstrated sadly unsatisfactory, provoking unfavourable evaluations with their prior, highly effective incarnation. The departure of Benjamin precipitated just one more alter and, having asked ex-Medicine Head vocalist John Fiddler to become listed on, the unit transformed its name to United kingdom Lions.
