Motel Mirrors

Memphis duo Motel Mirrors make old-school ’50s- and ’60s-influenced country and rock. A part task of two journeyman vocalist/songwriters, Motel Mirrors features John Paul Keith and Amy LaVere. By himself, guitarist/vocalist Keith offers released many well-received power pop- and rockabilly-infused albums. Likewise, double-bassist/vocalist LaVere includes a handful of extremely personal albums that mix the range between indie rock and roll and alt-country. After impressive up a a friendly relationship in 2012, the duo started working on documenting original material and some addresses with LaVere’s drummer Shawn Zorn. Motel Mirrors released their debut self-titled recording in 2013.
