Mors Principium Est

Mors Principium Est (which roughly means “loss of life is the starting”) comes from the city of Pori, Finland, and was formed in 1999. Their lineup was typically unpredictable in early stages, but eventually resolved right down to feature vocalist Ville Viljanen, guitarists Jori Haukio and Jarkko Kokko, key pad participant Toni Nummelin, bassist Teemu Heinola, and drummer Mikko Sipola for the documenting of varied demos. Quickly developing their audio, the group discovered a house with French loss of life metallic label Listenable Information and released their debut, Inhumanity, in 2003. They released two even more LPs via the label, 2005’s The Unborn and 2007’s Liberation = Termination, before inking a cope with German metallic powerhouse AFM Information, with whom they might release their 4th and fifth studio room long-players, …And Loss of life Said Live (2012) and Dawn from the 5th Period (2014). In 2017 they released Embers of the Dying World, once again via AFM.
