Appearing out of the ashes of Psychosis in 1999, Morning was shaped by Saskia van Heugten and Mauro Pi. They recruited Stijn Bannier, Jerry Jacobs, and Jamal Marquardt to full the lineup. The next year, Marquardt still left the group, getting changed by Pol Bannier. They added Gilles truck Hoof towards the lineup the entire year from then on. They released their initial CD, Little Movements, in 2001. Soon after that discharge, Jacobs still left the group.
