Monk Parker

Located in Austin, Texas, reverb-drenched confessional alt-country-rockers Monk Parker surfaced from frequent shifts to the state and huge touring lineup of lo-fi noise strap the reduced Lows. From then on group’s third LP was postponed for quite some time, in 2014 business lead guy Parker Noon, at that time using the moniker Monk Parker, announced a rebranding from the music group, also to become known as Monk Parker. He was became a member of by BC Costello and Zach Larkins on organs, Jonathan Merz on trombone, and Thom Washburn on drums. Their debut recording, The way the Spark Enjoys the Tinder, made an appearance in August 2015 via the Bronze Rat label.
