Scottish outfit Model Aeroplanes help to make infectious, guitar-based pop influenced by danceable ’80s post-punk and dazzling Afro-beat rhythms. Created in Dundee in 2012, the Model Aeroplanes comprise previous high school close friends lead vocalist, guitarist Rory Fleming-Stewart, guitarist Give Irvine, bassist Ben Buist, and drummer Kieran Smith.
