Though Dominican-based bachata duo Miguel & Bernie were newcomers towards the worldwide recording world using their 2007 release Todo por la Luna, the pair had recently been performing regularly for near ten years. Like many Dominican performers, it had been their romantic relationship with New York-based J&N Information that would eventually bring them towards the tropical music world’s interest.
