Mickey Castle

Originally referred to as Mickey Catalano, this songwriter was mixed up in later ’30s. He occasionally wrote within a songwriting group with Steve Gibson, the same person who would afterwards be a person in vocal groups like the Five Crimson Caps as well as the Four Toppers. Both songwriters marketed “It’s Harlem’s Music” to manufacturer and record business mogul Joe Davis in 1939.
