Michael E. Johnson, a indigenous of Shreveport, LA, Vietnam veterinarian and former medication addict, fronts the Austin, TX-based traditional reggae music group the Killer Bees. In 1987, these were the first American action to execute at Reggae Sunsplash in Montego Bay. The band’s debut, Groovin’, was accompanied by a cassette-only discharge on ROIR, Reside in Berlin (1989). Rykodisc re-released the last mentioned in 1991.
