A composer and drummer, Michael D’Agostino spent some time working within a number of genres, from film music to modern to jazz to pop, with performers like Herbie Hancock, Stanley Jordan, Yoko Ono, Kiss, and UNDER-DEVELOPED. He has finished scores for several NYU student movies, along with the X-Files tv program and Stephen King’s Optimum Overdrive. Additionally, his music was certified from the 20th Hundred years Fox Sci-Fi Library catalog, and a number of advertisements. He also offers taught in the Drummers Collective in NEW YORK as well as the Sam Ash Music Institute in NJ. His debut recording, Long term Reflections, which presented him on a number of organic and digital tools playing techno-tribal design music, was released by his personal label in 2001.
