Italian singer Mia Martini, most widely known on her behalf hits “Piccolo Uomo” and “Almeno Tu Nell’universo,” that have been translated into many other languages, was created Domenica Bertè in 1947. Known originally as Mimì Bertè, she documented nearly 20 studio room albums on the period of her lengthy career before experiencing cardiac arrest at age 47 in 1995.
